Developed strategies to support businesses’ ESG agendas to help them increase business sustainability, keeping their workforce safe, increasing operational efficiency by reducing waste and driving legal compliance.
Extensive business travel, having visited 190 factories and stores in 23 countries, therefore understands how local cultures and practices within countries impacts attitudes to safety and environmental performance, compliance and governance.
Developed extensive processes for monitoring the safety and environmental performance of a global manufacturing and retail business.
Supported the publication of company Annual Reports and other statutory declarations with HSE performance data whilst ensuring that the tone of the messages was appropriate.
Mentored junior HSE managers helping them grow and be more effective in their roles.
